I did my research. I compared prices. I made a few phone calls. Turns out every single place's Chacos were $95. Now, I knew they'd be expensive, but wow that company really regulates those numbers. Zappos.com had them for a little cheaper, but not my size. WELL since I'm the bargain hunter that I am, I found my little pretties would be on sale tonight at Al's Sporting Goods during their Midnight Madness sale (ahhh! It's madness!). So I waited patiently all week. Well guess what suckas, tonight was the night! It was a little "mad" in there, but I got my sandals and got out. AND ONLY PAID....$57 !!! OH yeah. I'm so proud.
So here's a very unflattering picture of my feet. I think the camera adds 10...cm..to my long toes. Haha!
PS-After everything is tightened, the leftover strap is super long. Anyone else have this issue? What should I do?

Well, not to brag or anything... (yeah right, I'm totally bragging) But I found my Chacos on clearance at the BYU-I ORC for only $35!!! I was so excited I told Valerie right away, and she went and bought them. In fact, this is when we were roommates! Should have told you... dang. Anyways, love the toes!

You can cut the strap a little and then melt the end with a match. I worked at an outdoor store and that was something we suggested--otherwise, you can send them to Chaco and for a small fee they will shorten the strap. I say just cut them a little.

Your toes look like ET's fingers, but way cuter. I say that very lovingly. I was going to suggest cutting the straps and burning the edges, but someone beat me to it.
I love it! Our dog will lay weird like that too, where he just likes to spread his legs open. Weird!
