Lately I've been feeling very BLAH and uncreative, and this blog has the coolest things on it. I should do something creative every day, like some of the things found on there. Maybe I'll start tomorrow....haha. procrastinatttiiiooonnn...
Also, although I don't even have a job in Michigan, I've been looking at homes for sale in the Grand Rapids area. If the people who called me yesterday end up offering me something, it would be there. So some of these homes are very cute, especially if I gave them some new paint. But mostly, I just have to show you guys how unreal these prices are. Yesterday on a show (in Orange County-ew) someone said, "$700,000 can't get you crap anymore." Well these will blow your mind.

How is it possible that you could buy a home for $18,000? Doesn't seem possible.
I hear Michigan is 4th in the nation for foreclosures? AJ told me they're all repo's. Plus, I'm sure some have issues they're not advertising :)
