Since last time

I took these pictures a few days ago during a weird storm. You have to just pretend everythings moving toward the ground :) It started out like rock salt was falling, so I guess it was hail but really tiny. So that looked weird....but as soon as I started taking pictures, there was lightning and thunder and then bigger hail, like m&m size. Eventually there was actual big snowflakes. I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff. I love storms...and Rexburg is good for crazy weather.

Lately I have been on the internet searching for job listings like crazy, and trying to find decent schools with the right welding engineering program for AJ. It's quite a chore just to make sure the school's program is what he wants, then I have to search for any potential jobs for me...so yesterday I found a really good school in Michigan called Ferris State University. From snooping on welder forums etc, it looks like a great program. I thought it would be perfect because they have several campuses throughout the state, and any job I found would be close to one. So we both were like, sure! Let's go to Michigan! But I called the school today and the program he wants is just at the main campus, so searching for jobs became more difficult. So I went back to Utah and I've spent all day e-mailing people and finding out what's around Ogden to Salt Lake. Basically, I feel like I get so close and then I'm starting over all the time. I'm sure its exhausting just reading about it :)

something's going to happen!

Even IKEA has a job opening for a design-related position....basically I think you help make signs to hang around the store. But if I did it, maybe I could get you all free furniture. Or meatballs.

Well, that's what I've been doing the last few days. Plus I'm going to get AJ's wheelin' blog up soon. I think. Goodnight Neverland!

Job hunting is definitely not fun. I actually saw several listings for graphic designers down here the other day, but I have no idea what they pay. Or if there are any welding schools here. Good luck!
